Return Period:
You have 10 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags.
- Items that are custom orders (changes in design, pattern, or color) are non-returnable, as they are specifically tailored to your needs.
- The buyer is responsible for all import taxes, duties, and tariffs imposed by the destination country. Returns due to the buyer not fulfilling these responsibilities are not eligible for a refund. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.
Return Shipping:
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of the reason for return.
- All returns must be shipped to our location in Ethiopia.
Process:
- Contact us at ramatibeb@gmail.com to receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back with the Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the package.
- Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the initial shipping costs.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at ramatibeb@gmail.com.

Exchanges:
- Exchanges are accepted; please contact us to discuss availability and terms.
- Any additional shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items damaged or altered by the customer are not eligible for return.
- Custom orders tailored to the customer’s requirements are non-returnable.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
