Order Processing:
Processing times vary depending on the product. The fastest processing time is 1 day, while some items may take up to 10 weeks to prepare. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification, and another email will be sent when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Origin:
All orders are shipped from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
International Shipping:
We provide free shipping on all orders to the following regions:
- North America (United States & Canada)
- European Union & United Kingdom
- For other international destinations, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes (including VAT), and tariffs upon arrival in the destination country. Ramatibeb is not responsible for these additional charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you do not receive your order within 15 days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at ramatibeb@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you promptly.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes:
We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid physical address at checkout to ensure proper delivery.
